Tilth roll of the given model is intended for presowing and postplanting rolling of the top layer of the soil in order to puddle it and break the breasts onto small fractions and smoothing the surface of the field.

In case of postplating rolling of the soil as affected by mass of separately fixed sections of tilth for presowing rolling effective bursting can be reached. In such a way the tilth for bursting makes the most appropriate conditions for mutual reaction between the soil and the grain and combining with the moisture from the lower layers, providing uniformity of germination and further development of sowings.
